Independent TV Network --Blue Ocean Network seeks experienced staff for daily news shows, broadcast on US television and streamed live online. All productions at Blue Ocean Network are in English language. Programs are broadcast on Time Warner and Verizon Fios in the United States and streamed online worldwide.
Blue Ocean Network is continuing to grow and currently seeks Television Presenters, 2 full time news producers, and 2 full time news reporters.
For presenters positions, various work schedules available. To be considered, you will need the following:
1) Fluent in English (native only), both written and spoken.
2) Prior professional journalistic experience.
For the positions of full time news producers, you will need the following:
1) Fluent in English (native only), both written and spoken.
2) At least 3 years journalistic experience, an investigative style and the desire and ability to write a strong, unique story.
3) You will be confident to lead a news team to complete a daily program to a tight schedule.
For the positions of full time news reporters, you will need the following:
1) Fluent in English (native or near native only), both written and spoken.
2) At least 1 year journalistic experience, an investigative style and the desire and ability to write a strong, unique story.
3) You will be able to complete a daily program to a tight schedule.
4) Editing skills and on-camera experience would be an advantage.
